No sign of China import flood; Italy deficit back at 3%
The latest data show that there is little sign of a flood of cheap Chinese goods hitting the euro-zone as a result of US tariffs. Meanwhile, the new deficit projections released by the Italian government this week leave us optimistic about the prospects for Italy’s public finances.
