Global Commercial Property Chartpack (Q1 2026)

The rise in economic uncertainty and market interest rates because of the Iran war will weigh on property market activity in the first half of the year. Clients can join our commercial real estate economists for a special online briefing on Wednesday 15th April at 10:00 ET / 15:00 BST to ask questions and hear their views on the outlook for the sector. Register here.
