What does the Budget mean for UK commercial property?

With our 10-year gilt yield forecast unchanged and the impact of changes to business rates broadly revenue neutral over the next five year years, we are not changing are commercial property forecasts following the Budget. That said, with the Chancellor facing criticism and the chance of her removal perhaps now higher, the chance of a gilt market sell-off and consequent hit to commercial property capital values remains elevated.
