Is Europe being left behind?

Europe’s slow vaccine rollout means its economies now face delayed recovery. Join our Europe Economics team on 13th April for a special webinar about the region’s outlook, including the economic and policy implications of delay. Chief Europe Economist Andrew Kenningham will be joined by colleagues Jessica Hinds, David Oxley and Jack Allen-Reynolds to discuss their revised growth forecasts and address a host of issues surrounding the European economic outlook, including:
  • How long the vaccine rollout may take, and the timing of the lifting of restrictions;
  • The economic implications of another lost summer for southern Europe’s economies;
  • How the ECB will respond to rising US interest rates and the Fed's new mandate.
Our economists will present for around 30 minutes before taking questions.

Time: 15:00 BST, Tuesday 13th April. Please click here to register.
