Netherlands prime office rent performance to slow

Low vacancy and limited new completions this year will see Rotterdam rent growth continue to outperform Amsterdam over 2025, before supply picks up substantially in 2026. That will bring rent growth rates in the two markets back into line later in the forecast, and at around 3% p.a. over 2026-29, well down from the highs of the last four years.
