Sean Harkins

Sean joined Capital Economics in June 2025 as an assistant commercial real estate economist, currently covering European property. Prior to joining Capital Economics Sean worked at Revantage, servicing and managing Blackstone Real Estate's European portfolio. Sean holds a masters degree in Investment Management from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Glasgow.
