Terms of Trial

a. By completing our free trial form ​at www.capitaleconomics.com/user/register you agree on behalf of the Client to accept the following terms and conditions.  If you cannot agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the Client do not complete the free trial form. 

b. Save as amended as detailed in c) below, all free trials are subject to our terms and conditions of sale which are found at: www.capitaleconomics.com/terms-of-sale 

c. For our free trials our terms and conditions of sale are amended as follows: 

1. The Services that will be provided will be limited to accessing and reading up to 10 publications. The definition of Services shall be construed accordingly. 

2. The Client is not permitted to download any Data. 

3. The Client is not permitted to use the Data Extraction Services. 

4. The term of the trial will be as specified by Capital Economics from time to time. Capital Economics may terminate the trial at any time without notice. 

5. No fees will be payable by the Client for the trial. It is provided free of charge. 

6. As this is a free trial, Capital Economics will not be liable, whether in tort (including for negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation or otherwise to the Client for any losses suffered as a result of use of the Services on a free trial basis.  The Client participates in the free trial at its own risk.
