South Africa’s Mine Production (Mar.)

South Africa’s PGMs production rebounded in March, having fallen sharply in the first two months of the year, suggesting that mining firms have been enticed to raise output in response to higher prices. Meanwhile, a renewed depreciation of the rand is likely to delay efforts to curb growth in PGMs supply.
