Emerging Europe rental prospects still best in Poland and Czech Rep

We have recently nudged up our economic growth forecasts for Poland and the Czech Republic. However, our revisions still leave growth well below trend, which will do little to boost occupier demand. Thus further downward pressure on rental values can be expected. That said, the recent upgrade supports our view that, of the emerging European countries, the rental recession should be mildest in Poland and the Czech Republic.
