The small increase in headline inflation in the euro-zone in June will not change the debate among ECB policymakers about whether there should be one more interest rate cut in the current cycle. This decision will be finely balanced, but we think it most likely that the Bank will leave its deposit rate unchanged at 2.0% in July and make a final 25bp cut in September.
