Bank of Korea signals further rate cuts ahead

The Bank of Korea (BoK) today cut interest rates by 25bp to 1.50% and signalled that further easing is on the way. Given the poor outlook for growth and the change in sentiment by the central bank, we now think interest rates will be cut a further two times by early 2020.
