Australia GDP (Q4)

The most encouraging aspect of the fourth-quarter GDP release was the acceleration in the various measures of income growth. Even so, we suspect that still-subdued income growth and a soft housing market will mean that GDP grows by about 2.5% this year rather than the 3.0% the RBA is hoping for.
