Canadian dollar headed even lower

At a global level, stock markets have been buoyed by signs that economic outlook is improving. Unfortunately, held back by weak domestic demand, low inflation and narrowing interest rate differentials, the improvement in Canadian equities has been unusually modest in comparison and the Canadian dollar has fallen sharply. These trends are likely to persist in 2013, if not worsen, putting further downward pressure on the Canadian dollar.
