Second delay to Brexit

The EU’s decision in the early hours of Thursday morning to grant the UK a second delay to Brexit, this time for six months until 31 October 2019, removes any remaining risk of a no deal Brexit on Friday but probably delays the chances of a decent rebound in GDP growth until sometime in 2020.
