What will a M5S-PD government mean for Italy?

The formation of a coalition between the Five Star Movement and the Democratic Party reduces the risk of a renewed clash with the EU over fiscal policy, but it does not dramatically alter the economic outlook. We think that the economy will continue to stagnate over the rest of this year and in 2020.
