Strong Q3 GDP figures likely to be the last hurrah

GDP figures this week are likely to show that Central and Eastern Europe recorded another strong quarter of growth in Q3, despite ongoing weakness in the euro-zone. But more timely data suggest that this strength won’t last, supporting our view that growth will slow more sharply than most expect next year.
