Greenland’s mineral potential; metal price mayhem

Despite Greenland’s undoubted resource potential, the significant technical challenges and high costs associated operating on the island will surely limit the potential for sizeable production increases for the foreseeable future. Meanwhile, although the US is actively building up its rare earth processing and supply chain abilities, the reality is that it will take years to chip away at China’s dominance over rare earth refining.
