Australia Wage Price Index (Q3)

Wage growth for the majority of workers may have slowed further in the third quarter as the entire rise from 1.9% in the second quarter to 2.0% was probably due to the larger-than-usual increase in the minimum wage on 1st July. The takeaway is that there is still no meaningful wage inflation in Australia.
