Angolan debt, South African court ruling

Angola’s debt problem returned to the fore this week as the government announced that it is seeking debt relief under a G20 initiative and to reprofile oil-related debts, but we think that more will be needed to put the public debt ratio on a sustainable path. In South Africa, a court ruling could nudge the authorities to lift lockdown restrictions more significantly.
