SA: Brief respite after Q4, but another contraction likely

Early signs suggest that economic conditions improved at the start of Q1, but disruptions caused by the coronavirus make it likely that output will have fallen later in the quarter and going into Q2. We expect that the SARB will cut its key policy rate from 6.25% to 6.00% next week.
