Saudi economy slows further, but non-oil sector faring better

Our GDP Tracker suggests that Saudi Arabia’s economy continued to slow in February on the back of oil production cuts. On a more positive note, the recovery in the non-oil sector has strengthened and is likely to gain momentum following the government’s decision to reverse cuts to civil service benefits.
