How big a risk is the collapse of Italy’s government?

Our economic forecasts for Italy are based on the assumption that the coalition government holds together, at least for the next two years. But in our view, the economic impact would be small if it fell apart. Bond yields would probably rise, but not as much as at the end of 2018.
