EZ national inflation data (February)

National inflation data released so far suggest that euro-zone headline inflation rose in February and that the core and services rates were little changed. That is unlikely to change the ECBs policymakers’ assessment that interest rates are currently in a good place. But in order for the ECB to cut rates later in the year, as we are currently forecasting, services disinflation will have to resume.
