More EZ stagflation ahead; hawkish central banks

We think the euro-zone will experience a more severe case of stagflation than most expect, and inflation and survey data due next week are likely to support that view. Elsewhere, the SNB and Norges Bank sounded hawkish at their meetings this week and the Riksbank is likely to follow suit with a 25bp hike next week.
