Prospects for government bonds brighter in Australia than the US

While we think that the Fed’s easing cycle has now come to an end, the minutes of the RBA’s November meeting reinforce our view that the Australian central bank is far from done loosening policy. With this in mind, we think that the outlook for government bonds is more positive in Australia than in the US.
