Activity will be slow to recover even with a Brexit deal

Despite all the current gloom about COVID-19, the outlook for next year has been brightened by the vaccination programme. While we don’t think this will be enough to prevent further falls in capital values, property transactions should benefit, though any improvement is likely to be fairly slow.
