Where will European industrial rental values fare best?

Over the next two years, we think that the three European countries with the strongest outlook for industrial rental value growth are Poland, France and Switzerland. By contrast, taking into account the prospects for economic recovery, supply considerations and the potential for rental value convergence in the medium term, our analysis highlights Ireland, Spain and Greece as the weakest.
