New Home Sales (Nov.)

The rise in new home sales in November came from a downwardly revised October reading but, looking through the volatility, sales have had a good year. Low mortgage rates, an increase in the supply of cheaper homes on the market and a lack of existing home inventory all mean sales are set for another decent rise in 2020.
