FHFA House Prices (Nov.)

The FHFA reported a moderate 0.4%m/m rise in house prices in November, and the annual growth rate is now at a 10-month low. Despite tight market conditions, active housing demand is being constrained by the lack of choice on the market and tight mortgage lending standards. Accordingly, house price growth is likely to slow further this year.
