Existing Home Sales (Jun.)

June’s drop in existing home sales means that activity levels in the first six months of this year were 2% lower than in the same period of 2017. Indeed, at 5.38m annualised, sales in June sat close to the centre of the 5.2m to 5.6m range in which they have moved for most of the last three and-a-half years.
