Existing Home Sales (Apr.)

Existing home sales dropped back for the second consecutive month in April. A lack of inventory has constrained sales even as lower mortgage interest rates have given a boost to housing demand. With that boost to demand set to fade as the economy slows, sales will struggle to gain any upward momentum over the next couple of years.
