Middle East & North Africa PMIs (Jan. 2026)

January’s PMIs from across the region showed that non-oil sectors across much of the Gulf lost momentum against the backdrop of low oil prices and heightened tensions in the region due to the protests in Iran. And while Egypt’s PMI fell back, improved external competitiveness supports our view that the external sector is strengthening.
