Economic Sentiment Indicators (Sep.)

The EC’s Economic Sentiment Indicators for September out of Central and Eastern Europe revealed a further decline and suggest to us that the region as a whole is at the start of a recession. Meanwhile, there were further signs in the survey that price pressures are easing, which may provide some comfort to central banks who have drawn their tightening cycles to a close.
