Rising tensions in Kashmir are not a major threat to India's economy, but if China were to step in and provide support to Pakistan, it would surely put a major dent in the improvement in Sino-Indian relations over recent months. Meanwhile, in isolation the long-awaited UK-India trade deal is likely to have a small economic impact, but it needs to be viewed as part of a broader shift towards liberalising trade policy in India.
