Growing number of overvalued markets in all sectors

Higher government bond yields and further falls in commercial property yields in Q1 mean that property valuations have begun to look increasingly stretched. Whereas 23% of the markets we cover looked overvalued at the end of Q4 2016, 37% look overvalued this quarter, with nearly half of all industrial markets in this group.
