Property markets were relatively unaffected by the Iran war in Q2, with investment activity strengthening and property yields rising only modestly. Assuming the Strait of Hormuz is not disrupted for a prolonged period, we expect this resilience to persist and forecast only a temporary slowdown in European commercial property capital value growth this year.
