Poland Activity Data (Jan.)

Poland’s activity data for January suggest that the reacceleration in wage growth at the start of this year supported domestic demand, while the export-orientated industrial sector struggled. We think that a further recovery in domestic demand over the coming quarters will drive a pick up in GDP growth from 0.2% in 2023 to 3.0% over 2024 as a whole.
