Which EMs would struggle to contain an outbreak?

Extremely dense populations in urban areas, poor healthcare provision, and limited ability to impose quarantine measures mean that countries in South and South-East Asia, as well as Egypt and Nigeria, look highly exposed to a large-scale coronavirus outbreak. This adds to reasons to think that they will suffer a protracted period of economic weakness.
