CAP: Growth slows, but industry still going strong

Our China Activity Proxy suggests that growth slowed last month on the back of weaker growth in services activity.And, despite October’s export slowdown, the industrial sector remained resilient, suggesting that the recent slump in fixed investment isn’t a sign that the government’s overcapacity crackdown is starting to bear fruit.
