2025 Commercial Real Estate Outlook

If 2023 was commercial property’s annus horribilis, then this year has been one of cautious optimism; the UK market appears firmly on the recovery path while signs have emerged since mid-year that Europe has also turned the corner.

Looking ahead to 2025, abating inflation and central bank cutting cycles will support economies and property markets. But the recovery is still likely to be subdued and there remain concerns in parts of Europe – not least Germany – about the potential impact from growing amounts of distressed assets.
