Sweden’s commercial real estate problem

Sweden's banking system and economy are more exposed to a downturn in the commercial real estate market than most other European countries. This is one of the reasons why we expect Sweden to experience a deeper recession in 2023. Next week, we expect to learn that inflation in both Sweden and Norway declined but remained very high in March.
