House price inflation slowed to 2% in June – the slowest result since 2013. And with prices down by 1.9% y/y in Q2, the fall in London prices accelerated. That said, with tentative signs that activity levels in the housing market may have stopped falling, house price growth will probably slow only a little more over the remainder of the year.
