Mexico Industrial Production (Aug.)

Mexico’s industrial sector stagnated in August as weakness in the manufacturing, construction and utilities sectors was only offset by higher mining output. More timely indicators paint a mixed picture but, with the US set to enter a recession, we expect industry – and the economy more broadly – to struggle over the coming months.
