Brazil Industrial Production (Jul.)

The 0.6% m/m rise in Brazilian industrial production in July suggests that, while headwinds facing the economy are growing, it started the third quarter in decent shape. Taken together with the robust Q2 GDP figures, the odds are shifting towards one final 25bp hike in the central bank’s tightening cycle.
