Indonesia GDP (Q2 2025)

Officials figures released today showed that Indonesia’s GDP growth stood at 5.1% y/y in Q2, but we don’t have much faith in the data – growth has been close to 5% for the past few years. Our proprietary activity tracker suggests growth has strengthened recently, although we expect it to slow over the coming quarters. Bank Indonesia is likely to deliver further, gradual monetary easing.
