UK House Price Index (Feb.)

UK house price inflation cooled in February. And, for the first time since September 2009, the official index recorded prices in London falling on an annual basis. Looking ahead, with house prices already very high and further rate hikes to come, we expect house price growth to ease further over the remainder of 2018.
