Housing market recovery continues

Housing market activity is rising on the back of the broader economic recovery, record low interest rates and Government interventions. While there is always the risk that the house price boom evident in some parts of central London could spread to the rest of the country, there are tentative signs that housing demand and prices are at least no longer accelerating.
