EU guidelines pave the way for a “Canada-style” deal

Draft EU guidelines on the future relationship between the UK and the EU reiterated that the EU sees a Canada-style Free Trade Agreement as the best possible trading arrangement consistent with the UK leaving the Single Market and Customs Union.
