Yields continue to hold their ground

All-property rental values ticked down by 0.1%m/m in February. That was a small drop, but nevertheless the first since October last year. At the sub-sector level, perhaps the biggest break from recent performance came in the retail warehouse segment, with rents dropping by 0.3%. That was the largest fall since April 2010.
