Nascent signs of rental growth outside London

All-property rental values were unchanged in January, leaving them 0.3% lower than a year earlier. But amidst the broad stagnation at the all-property level there were some bright spots. Notably, Rest of South East office rents increased by 0.3%m/m in January, the biggest rise since February 2008.
